Jay Llewellyn, B.A., CFP, CLU

Jay Llewewllyn graduated from Carleton University in 1995 with his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.  He has been involved in the financial services industry since 1997.  Jay is constantly improving his financial education in order to provide clients with up to date advice and information, he has obtained the designations of Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter.  Jay joined Don Fox’s team as an Associate Consultant over 11 years ago.

Thorough and innovative, Jay meets the needs of high net worth individuals, successful professionals, business owners, and retirees.  He focuses on retirement and estate planning.  Through his personal commitment and dedicated professionalism, Jay has been able to build a solid base of satisfied clients.  Long- term client relationships have been  the result of superior consultation designed to fulfill clients’ objectives; integrity and genuine concern are the standards by which Jay operates, he places great value on honesty and openness and displays these qualities with his clients on a a day to day basis.

Jay has been a board member as well as a mentor with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Hamilton since 1997.  This year he has been working as a fundraiser as well as training to be a climber for the Climb for Cancer, which raises money for the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Hamilton.

Scott Clews-Hunt, CIM

Securities Specialist - Investors Group Securities Inc.

Scott Clews-Hunt joined Investors Group in April 2012, and is located at 21 King Street West, 4th Floor in Hamilton.

As a Securities Specialist, Scott’s overall responsibilities are to provide product knowledge and portfolio advisory services.  Scott provides support to clients through in-person advice and written commentary on stocks, bonds and investment strategies.

Scott started his career in the financial services industry in 2002. Prior to joining Investors Group, he was a Trade Floor Support Analyst with a capital markets firm in downtown Toronto. Scott also has experience as a Proprietary Equity Trader, trading on the North American stock exchanges.

Scott received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Northwood University, Michigan and holds his Chartered Investment Management (CIM) designation.

George McKenna

Insurance Specialist - I.G. Insurance Services Inc.

George McKenna graduated from the University of Waterloo with his Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours Economics) and has been involved in the financial services industry since 1987.  He holds the Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, and Certified Health Insurance Specialist designations. 

George assists our high net worth, professional, business owner, and retiree clients with solutions to accumulate, preserve, and distribute their wealth in a tax efficient and cost effective manner. 

Outside of work, George is a volunteer minor hockey coach and a fundraiser for the Heart & Stroke Foundation
